So we don't use that anymore at SPG. I upgraded the Letterhead Wizard to use the new javascript add-in instead of the old VB script done by someone predates even Al, I think. However, those lingering with the 32bit VB script in their Word would get disrupted every time they open Word with the pop up saying the Letterhead Wizard add-on shortcut cannot be found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I tried removing the Normal Template from: AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Templates, but that won't do. Not even going into Word > Options > Add-in > remove all letterhead related matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The solution is to delete this shortcut in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
%USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Word\\STARTUP<\/p>\n\n\n\n
