May have been the second time. Only liquilds, no stool. Made papaya milk juice on Saturday, seems to help a bit. Bought Quaker's high fiber oatmeat (was looking for Muesli in Pathmark, found none), seems to help the after effect constipation. Need to watch fiber diets.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIgnore offer of meat during meals with others.
