\nI finally made my own lamb biryani. I'm more impressed with this compared to my curry mee. Will focus on Lentil Soup next.\n<\/p>\n
\nI didn't follow the relevant amount of each ingredient, as it's not my habit for wanting to "explore" in learning.\n<\/p>\n
\nCritics for improvement:\n<\/p>\n
\n1. I used previously cooked lamb ribs from a "Esau's" Lentil Soup I was experimenting. May caused lesser taste.\n<\/p>\n
\n2. Too much of one of the spices...perhaps. Can't make out which one. Turmeric, Garam Masala or Coriander.\n<\/p>\n
\n3. Will use Basmati or similar Rice next time.\n<\/p>\n
