\nIn fellowships today, it is a popular practice to rotate leaderships on a frequent scale. One which I greatly abhor.\n<\/p>\n
\nSuch is done under the notion of "fairness". That everyone gets a chance to lead. That everyone has the opportunity to experience and be trained.\n<\/p>\n
\nTrue, even leaders are learning while leading. But not everyone is to be a leader nor should be tempted to be so. For the leaders have no excuse when heavier judgment comes. Leadership is not a game.\n<\/p>\n
\nAnd perhaps some would say: It's for love, showing that we are so united that we share our caring and love to the "youngs".\n<\/p>\n
\nMy easy response would be: You hypocrite, does not a father of a child remain the only father of that child and no one else? or do you rotate parenting with other families upon your very own children?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
