In a away, I would say it's better if compared to the New York City teachers layoffs based on reversed seniority...<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ny1.com\/content\/top_stories\/135024\/parents-rally-against-proposed-teacher-layoffs\" target=\"_blank\">demonstrations <\/a>would follow.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nI'm sure there are plenty of other solutions...still, it's a solution to a culpable result. Thus the solution, however creative, will never be satisfied by sinners, because any good solution would be in the form of a punishment of which the partiality is often shifted.
