Box.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n1. The remaining last 5 books in Dr. Tong's old series...thus completing the 22-book series. Which was actually owed to me by the late Rev. David Chen. I bought these directly from Taiwan. I feel happy. Though, I wish I had the video version instead.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n2. A thick 600-page book, an autobiography of Leonard Ravenhill.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nI carried these to work. No time to make a round trip home. I read the book on Len.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAlthough I have never read any of Ravenhill's book, I was impressed by him already because of Paul Washer's recommendation I once saw on youtube.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nI had also looked up a few of his quotes before, which I have included in my journal before.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAs I read, on the subway train, some impressive lines caught my eyes, ie.:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;<strong>He feared the Lord so much and feared no man.<\/strong>&quot; Foreword by Al Whittinghill\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;<strong>Hebrews 11 is a divine mandate to read Christian Biography.<\/strong>&quot; - John Piper, pg. 2\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWhat caught my eyes most thus far...this really had me...\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;Len's mother told him twenty years later that after the midwife left the room, she laid her hands on him and prayed, &quot;<strong>Lord, make this boy a preacher or don't let him live.<\/strong>&quot; She then dressed and went to the weekly prayer meeting, taking baby Len with her.
