A German Christian soldier who does not associate with Hitler but yet obeyed almost all of his commands), <em>\u5408\u4f19<\/em> seems the best choice.<\/p>\n<p>The usual translation\uff1a \u7ed3\u4ea4, \u4ea4\u5f80, etc. are sometimes elusive. Because under this circumstance, one is a member of the pertaining group, and not completely isolated from it.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, \u6211\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eec\u805a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u7b49\u4e8e\u6211\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5408\u4f19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I still like the English phrase better: I meet with them, but I do not associate myself with them.<\/p>\n<p>I feel I am still missing a better term.
