But after some hard thinking, I think I still need to boost up the power supply. I'm going for at least 600watts from 425watts.<\/p>\n<p>I can't believe I traded 1GB pc3200 memory for a 512MB pc2700 memory last time  because I thought the memory was the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion: It's either the power supply or the motherboard(motherboard does seem defective, never could get floppy controller to work). But I'm going to go with power supply first.
