Be sure your USB drive is <strong>plugged<\/strong> in.<\/p>\n<p>5.&nbsp; <strong>Run HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool<\/strong> you just installed in step 1.<\/p>\n<p>6.&nbsp; For &quot;File System&quot;, select <strong>FAT32<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>7. <strong>Check<\/strong> &quot;Create a DOS startup disk, using DOS system files located at:&quot;<\/p>\n<p>8.&nbsp; <strong>Browse<\/strong> for the folder where you extracted the files in step 3.<\/p>\n<p>9. Start <strong>Format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>10. <strong>Run NTFS4DOS<\/strong> &quot;Create NTFS Capable boot floppy&quot; you installed in step 2.<\/p>\n<p>11. Select the <strong>drive letter<\/strong> your USB drive is in. and hit <strong>Next twice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>12.
