If you believe in predestination, you have to do presuppositional apologetics.<\/p>\n<p>For 2, Dr. White finally said it, what I have called \"Ameristian\". It is equivalent to him saying: \"I'm tired of people trying to make the gospel American again.\" (at around 1:18:00) The only way for America to get God's blessing is by repenting. Not by making America great again.
