The following is the solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the instructions apply only if you have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kb.intermedia.net\/Article\/1633\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">full access<\/a>&nbsp;permissions to a mailbox you want to send emails from.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Administrator rights are required to edit Windows Registry. This is because it is not safe and you will perform this operation at your own risk.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This method is also available for Exchange&nbsp;2010. However, the first method is recommended for Exchange 2010 mailboxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to save messages sent from a shared mailbox in&nbsp;the sent items of the shared mailbox, modify the Registry for your Outlook:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Start<\/strong>, click&nbsp;<strong>Run<\/strong>, type Regedit, and then click&nbsp;<strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Navigate to&nbsp;<em>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Office\\x.0\\Outlook\\Preferences<br><\/em>The x.0 depends on your Outlook version:&nbsp;16.0 = Outlook 2016, 15.0 = Outlook 2013, 14.0 = Outlook 2010<\/li><li>Right-click on Edit menu, navigate to&nbsp;<em>New &gt; DWORD Value<\/em><\/li><li>Type&nbsp;<em>DelegateSentItemsStyle<\/em>, press Enter<\/li><li>Double-click&nbsp;<strong>DelegateSentItemsStyle<\/strong>, type in&nbsp;<strong>1<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Value Data box, click&nbsp;<strong>OK<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exchange 2013\/2016( https:\/\/kb.intermedia.net\/Article\/34469##exch )This is because when a user sends\/replies as\/on behalf of a shared\/other mailboxes, the mails are saved under the Sent Items folder of that user's personal account instead of the shared\/other mailbox's Sent Items folder.
