Alternative to W32tm for time synchronization

When w32tm fails to update the source, and got stuck at w32tm /query /status = source: local CMOS clock, use the older "net time" command.

Example:

net time /set \\SPGNYAD01 /yes

\\SPGNYAD01 is host with the right time.
/yes parameter is used to bypass confirmation prompt.

Place this batch command in task scheduler and have it triggered with the highest elevated permission.

A Church Whose Vision is simply to keep inviting various speakers

At first it was great, based on the speakers Rev. Laura Lin invited to CCCNY. But after a while, I am beginning to see a pattern. There's no zeal for the Gospel, simple a zeal to invite speakers. It's always about others. Never making one's own action accountable.

No, not the speakers, I will not praise nor critique these speakers here. But as for what churches like Rev. Lin's are doing...I liken her unto many American single mothers, who go out, searching for any rich men to bring home, hoping for one that can provide for her and her child.

I'm the Chief of Sinners

Dr. Alex McFarland "disagreed" with the Apostle Paul on the 7/16/2018 Janet Mefferd Show that he is the chief of sinners, not Paul.

On might think this is an act of humility. But I think it is just the opposite. Pride is making one "better" than other. He is proud for being witty, so he would think.

So, I would ask...how are you the chief of sinners? And what are you doing about it? Now compare your answers to Paul.

Luke 7:47 comes to mind.

Sermon: John 15:1-17

The likes of Tim Keller would say, Christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship.

That's not true, according to James 1:27.

Right religion produces right relationship.

Verse 2: καθαίρω , pertains to suffering.

1 Corinthians 10:16, κοινωνία koinonia, share, participation, fellowship, in the Lord's Supper. Holy Mass.

Bible Project

Turn my Bible reading into videos:

  1. first with images - easiest video making. Images taken from arts, famous paintings, etc. I haven't found any such videos in Youtube. They were usually very boring still images that don't change much. These images should be individually interesting and not a mere convenience for narrative. Therefore, classic paintings will be most considered.
  2. Animation of course. This is a much much later project, if ever.

Mumbai Versova Beach Clean Up

The work started by Afroz Shah was impressive, despite his giving up due to hecklers. To clean up a fully garbage infested beach to a point that turtles come to lay eggs, where hatchlings are seen crawling over the sands, is amazing and speaks volume.

It also shows administrative stupidity is possible against such wonderful effort.

Asian Squat

It appears to be of a thing. That Most Westerners can't squat like Asians.

Looks like not much study is done on this. But given that all children could do it, it may have to do with leg muscle flexibility over time.
