Use bucket, drill, toilet brush, water. Drill brush into bucket of potatoes while shooting water into the bucket. Complete skinless state reached when murky water in bucket turns clear.

10种蒸蛋的做法

http://tw.gigacircle.com/558909-1 【蒸水蛋】 用料 鸡蛋2个、盐1/2茶匙、酱油少许、油3滴、温水约280毫升、葱花、少许 做法 1、将两只鸡蛋打入蒸碗中。 2、将鸡蛋打散。 3、加入1/2茶匙盐、少许酱油、油打发均匀。 4、加入约280毫升温水,一边加水一边顺时针搅拌均匀。 5、用勺子把浮在表面的泡泡舀走。 6、蒸锅中放入适量水,烧开。水开后把蛋放入。大火蒸约10分钟。 7、开盖撒上少许葱花再盖上盖子利用余温焗一焗。 8、取出,用勺子在表面淋上少许酱油。 小贴士 不同材质的不同深浅的容器传热程度不一,需根据所用容器的材质和深浅调整蒸蛋的时间。 【小猪蛋羹】 用料 鸡蛋1个(约50克)、清水100克、火腿片3片、紫菜适量 做法 1、将蛋打在碗里,用筷子打散搅匀 2、加入清水,拌匀 3、将蛋液过筛一遍 4、将装有蛋液的碗放锅上,碗上盖,以防水滴落在蛋面上,大火烧开后转小火蒸5分钟左右即可 5、用火煺片要出如图的小猪的耳朵和鼻子,用紫菜剪出小猪的嘴巴和眼睛和鼻孔 6、把切好形状的火煺片和紫菜放在蒸好的鸡蛋上面,可爱的小猪就出现了 小贴士 如何蒸出又滑又嫩的鸡蛋羹: 1、原料要好:要蒸出鲜香的鸡蛋羹,好的原料可以达到事半功倍的效果,我试过用自家鸡生的蛋炖出来的蛋羹真的超赞。 2、过滤:打好的蛋液用筛网过滤一下,使蛋液更均匀。 3、蛋与水的比例:蒸蛋羹的时候在蛋液里兑一些水,这样蒸出来的鸡蛋羹又滑又嫩,口感很好,非常适合小宝宝们食用,我一般使用蛋液与水的比例是:1:2,也可以根据自已的要求增减,1:1也可以。 4、蒸蛋要盖盖子:在蒸蛋的时候,最好在上面扣一个盖子或是用微波炉专用的保鲜膜、锡纸封住,这样可以防止蒸锅上的水蒸气滴入蛋液中影响外观。 5、凉水上锅:蒸锅中添加凉水,蛋液缓慢受热,不会因突然受热而产生气泡。 蒸蛋的时候,水量是鸡蛋的两倍,蒸出来的蛋会比较嫩,喜欢吃稠些的,可以减少水的用量。 6、蒸制的火候:大火烧开后转小火蒸,蒸制的时间按蛋液的多少来定。 【柳橙蒸蛋】 用料 橙子、鸡蛋、白糖 做法 1、鸡蛋打散,加一小勺白糖搅匀 2、把橙子洗干净放在案板上揉个三五分钟 … Continue reading
