Street Preacher wins court

"Wrongful accusation" was the verdict when street preacher, Anthony Rollins, preached against homosexuality in England. Awarded 4,250 pounds.

Seems that Christian Today frequently reports on street preachers in England.

"Shocked and humiliated" was Rollins' reaction while handcuffed. Though he has every right to sue, how he deal with persecution as a preacher really puts a question mark on his head.

Ah, the freedom of  suit in England. Perhaps soon enough, there will be accusation against muslims for "preaching" in public.

I do not have problem with the suit, but I do with the "monetary award". Who is the giver? the police? the government hence the tax payers?
