Night Terror

Other than sleep paralysis, there's another one I've encountered not by me, but someone I know. That is called Night Terror. It's when someone yelled in the dream without having a nightmare. Also could be related to sleep walking.

    You will never know if you encounter such yelled in your dream unless someone told you.
    Your Mum and grandmother do encountered yelled in their dream but they never know.
