The First Church of The Christian and Missionary Alliance went out of existence a few years ago. It (and the subsequent Denomination) were founded by a Presbyterian Minister,

The First Church of The Christian & Missionary Alliance actually does still exist but without a formal sanctuary space. The members and adherents still meet in different persons homes. Sorry for the error in the previous posting.
Being an itinerant, he likely requires neither a church nor a denomination. The biblical model for believers does not put forth any type of formalized edifice nor does (did) it tolerate divisions within itself; when disagreements on doctrinal issues occasionally arose they were eventually clarified by the Apostles, then codified in writing(s).
