{"id":1065,"date":"2008-10-12T20:32:50","date_gmt":"2008-10-12T20:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nycphantom.com\/journal\/?p=1065"},"modified":"2023-02-15T14:45:53","modified_gmt":"2023-02-15T18:45:53","slug":"institute-in-basic-life-principles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nycphantom.com\/journal\/?p=1065","title":{"rendered":"Institute in Basic Life Principles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I attended a video lecture by Bill Gothard on Anger Resolution the last weekend, Friday-Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>There are some reminders, even some contradictions\/vagueness between worldly anger and rebuke (I would rather he had not tried to lecture on verses or anything pertaining to rebuke), but I don't see anything deeper than that for myself.<\/p>\n<p>However, I believe he shared too many testimonials, as if he's influenced by prosperity theology.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, the <a title=\"IBLP\" href=\"http:\/\/iblp.org\/iblp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IBLP institute<\/a> offered another course \"Financial Freedom\" by Jim Sammons, which I find very insightful. Especially chapter 17 on \"Avoid Business Partnership\".
