The rich fiber (most of such products, but may not be all of them) is known to prevent heart disease and diabetes. I've just come across <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/news\/health\/weightloss\/2009-09-01-fiber-cereal_N.htm?csp=34\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"USA Today\">this article<\/a> which listed best CEREALS out of 18 tested by Consumer Reports.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFirst being Kirkland Signature Spiced Pecan cereal (Costco).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThen we have:\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Kashi GoLean Crunchy Fiber Twigs\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Soy Protein Grahams and Honey Puffs\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Archer Farms Cereal High Fiber (Target)\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Kellogg's Raisin Bran Extra!\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Post Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Wheat 'n Bran\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Great Value Raisin Bran (Walmart)\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"inside-copy\">\n&bull;Barbara's Bakery Ultima Organic\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I do enjoy oatmeals, which in addition to swimming helps prevent constipation.
