They would even think that the Bible does not promote fiction, that Jesus' parables do not include use real names, in fact, some would even go as far as considering Jesus' parables as real history, real events that actually happened somewhere in time. To them, fiction = lie\/false testimony and thus breaking biblical law. I don't know if they are honest with this belief or not. It may not have started honestly in the beginning but because they felt jealous for unable to keep up with the metaphors, they committed themselves into such shallowness to save their ego.
