With China, I would say communism did help a little, to prepare its nation to face something the other developing countries are now facing and yet finding blame on others for it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAmericans don't become chubbiest nation for nothing. By not lowering rates of wages, you are importing unemployment actually.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBlame could go round and round.
