($80040209)\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is understood that the problem lies not with the codec, but the decoder.<\/p>\n<p>There have been suggestions on other decoders, such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koepi.info\/xvid.html\" target=\"_blank\">Koepi<\/a>'s.
