I can excuse the adopters for choice of age and maybe even race, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2013\/01\/28\/russian-adoption-ban-frustrates-american-couples\/1869961\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+usatoday-NewsTopStories+%28News+-+Top+Stories%29&amp;utm_content=Google+Reader\" target=\"_blank\">but types of possible emotions, cultural background<\/a>? This just shows that they are not meant to adopt anyone.<\/p>\n<p>It is sad and a dim future when American consumers add adoption to their list of products.<\/p>\n<p>In treating the adopted progeny of this type, caution is required.
