So, I looked at pwrusb<\/a>, looks good. They emailed me a password to access their download page, so that I could view the user manual as well as software. It appears for the Basic module (recommended by them for my situation), the software can only detect and control 1 outlet instead of 6. This makes the cost $70 high.
