These, my definitions for Coward and Retard,
Coward: One who only uses others' judgments and testimonies instead of their own discernment, so that the responsibilities and blames automatically default to others and not himself or herself.
Retard: One who seeks not after God's Will diligently in truth and fear of God. Seeking after God's heart has to be a continuous process for believers and is always done not according to one's own passion but the passion of Christ which is stored by the Holy Spirit within oneself.
