State of Mind Part 2

I have mentioned that the State of Mind is rather important. Now, the driving force behind it is the ability to change and handle the change between states of mind.

    One must master the parking/accessing of thoughts. It is a high discipline art to handle interruption and schedule transition.

    Idea for state of mind improvement:
    In order to clear nonsense thoughts - consider the Königsberg bridges solutions. Using it as a way to calm the mind (e.g. like counting sheep, in order to sleep), activating the mind to be sharp at solutions, etc.
