Americans love to care for other countries' poverty situation. However, why is such a gratifying act so often being attacked by the very countries they try to help?
When one loves to help others, it is easily for one to secretly harvest a pride that would make one overlook one's own weakness. Look at America, people getting lazier while hoping to make big money or retire early, higher divorce rate than any of those other countries, business deception, legality manipulation, etc.
Hmmm...so, the Americans or the Westerners judge others' weakness not by verbal statements, but by charity. Charity? Really? From one with the highest debt in the world?
Now this is the fun part: Jesus said, "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." Matthew 7:5
A very excellent application of Matthew 7 on judging others.
