Finally installed XAMPP on my laptop so I could test PHP locally, offline. Have to do it, so I wouldn't have to wait for upload time while teaching Jeff at the library which seems to block all non-http protocols on its hotspot.
Doing a lot of delays these days. Need to keep myself up to speed, time ain't gonna be too merciful.
