================================
Mostly likely registry modified by virus.
Solution:
Open regedit,
in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\exefile\shell\open\command
Change "Default" value to: "%1" %*
AND Last but not least,
in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe
Change "Default" value to: exefile

How I shun Norton
==============
Norton is just useless, like McAfee, slows down system, doesn't seem to do its job especially when expired for new $$$ subscription. Remove it. Wait, before removing from the Control Panel's Program Uninstall/Add/Remove or using Norton Removal Tool(recommended), give it a horrible shriek first. As far as free anti-virus programs are concerned, I have switched from AVG to Avira, since AVG just keeps requiring user to fully reinstall their upgraded software from time to time. I'd rather take Avira's once a day or two's advertising window popup.
Cyborg Composer
=============
If I don't keep up, I'd be no better than a computer. Computer composed musics are getting more and more interesting.
