In the Christian world, there are two extremists.
They have one thing in common, both claim to worship God.
However, one emphasizes God's just and righteousness and shows no sign of the Love of God; the other emphasizes on God's Love and considers God's just and righteousness, history.
The first will find himself always rebuking others even to a point out of control. He fails to see that he is unprofitable.
The latter will find himself tolerating others even to a point submitting to things not of God. He fails to realize that things not of God are actually things against God.
It is also possible for one to inhabit both extremisms.
Until they realize such, they would believe that they are worshipping God.
Until they realize such, the first extremist would never understand why Jesus washed Judas' feet; the second extremist would never understand why Jesus called Peter "Satan". They merely know the meaning of the words, but not the understanding.
