"Behold it is written in the Book of Jasher."--II Samuel, i. 18
It is mentioned in the Bible. Many differs on its definition. Some say the Pentateuch, some say extra-biblical book. Perhaps the new Noah movie is based on this book.
It is like the Book of Enoch. But its account is the beginning of men. At least, that's the content of the much later version of the book. Multiple versions are said to have existed from the 3rd century to the 13th century.
