Run As not elevated to Admin

The Runas command may not work well in Windows 7. After using Run As Administrator, it appears that the installation/app still uses standard user restriction.

Solution: Hold SHIFT key while right click for RUN AS mode. This will drop down one more selection called "Run As Different User" where one can type both admin username and password.
