I think the Americans trying to spread their psychological philosophy, psychiatric treatments to other countries is a joke. There are many more professionals in other countries that are better at these sort of things. Just because it's not in the American Newpapers they thought no one else is better.
It fits very well into the first part of Matthew Chapter 7.
In fact, they should try to learn from other countries on these matters. That's why it is so funny.

Well, it's not surprising, after all, they have lots of comedians...grab the goods, dump the bads.
For to good things, we have to remember to give them credits, their time is short.
