It is better to leave the church than to intentionally be unfriendly to fellow church members.
I'm reflecting not from CCCNY, but from the Stony Brook church.
If one still wishes to stay in the church, then one must find good fellowship with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, for being in that church demands it.
I had seen a pastor, on multiple occasion, acted differently to different individuals who could not reconcile their indifference. Good thing she did not get confused between to whom she would speak good and of whom she would speak bad of. It requires great memory to not mess up.
