Mormon's Motive

It is known that they offer English courses for free for Chinese in china towns of New York City.

I am curious as to what they actually do in the English classes...Can I just go and say because I am curious...

As usual some very well Mandarin speaking Caucasian in a group of about 4 wearing the usual LDS white collar and a tie and a name tag handing out this stuff in Chinatown. I was with company, I didn't engage in further discussion. Time Friday evening (7/15/2011)
