This creates bootable with USB jump/flash drives that can read and write NTFS.
1. Install HPUSBFW/SP27213.exe to create a bootable MS-DOS.
2. Install NTFS4DOS on your PC to make your bootable USB drive NTFS capable.
3. Extract DOS Boot Disk Files to a folder on hard drive, in my case the folder name is bootme.
4. Be sure your USB drive is plugged in.
5. Run HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool you just installed in step 1.
6. For "File System", select FAT32.
7. Check "Create a DOS startup disk, using DOS system files located at:"
8. Browse for the folder where you extracted the files in step 3.
9. Start Format.
10. Run NTFS4DOS "Create NTFS Capable boot floppy" you installed in step 2.
11. Select the drive letter your USB drive is in. and hit Next twice.
12. You now have a bootable USB Drive that is NTFS capable.
