Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter failed with error code: 0x803c0103

It appears that this happen to my work computer because its Windows Update is synced with the domain. The solution:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU

DoubleClick on UseWUServer and change the value to 0.

(USEWUServer value 0 mean takes update from Microsoft Website)
(USEWUServer value 1 mean takes update from WSUS Server)

The other part of the solution was suggested from the source but I have no use of it:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

from above path Delete WUServer and WUStatusServer entry.   (If it is exist)
