Bullhorn's Ebsta add-on for Outlook Install

Get Ebsta from http://install.ebsta.com/outlook/x64/OutlookEbsta.msi

Restart Outlook after install.

Login to Bullhorn at Ebsta menu in Outlook (top right corner red circular logo).
