This strange problem is happening at my company where some clients report issue with loading time. The temporary solution I provided was to use a proxy server (K-Proxy), the free service connects them via Canadian servers. U.S. servers are not free.
According to online research, this looks like some kind of security configuration at the hosting site. But We may not be using Cloudflare, the kind of security app some hosting site uses against DDoS attacks. This is done by changing DNS servers to Cloudflare's dns. Similar principle may have been applied to us.
The only solution is probably via hosting (of payroll.spgextranet.com) - networksolutions.com in this case.
DoubleClick on UseWUServer and change the value to 0.
(USEWUServer value 0 mean takes update from Microsoft Website)
(USEWUServer value 1 mean takes update from WSUS Server)
The other part of the solution was suggested from the source but I have no use of it: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
from above path Delete WUServer and WUStatusServer entry. (If it is exist)
I paste the current thread here, lest it disappears either by Zucky's hand or by Alex's. This is a direct paste, so there maybe formatting issues which can be ignored. But here is the original link.
I shall critique on as much comments below as I can, as I do see faults in both parties. I'll place all my comments here in bold red. But to sum it up, Alex as usual, loves to find faults in others' words. What's bad for him is he doesn't think he needs to or he doesn't care to set a common premise in a discussion/argument. He'd rather talk about A and assuming others are talking about A while they are actually talking about B. So without meditating on 2 Corinthians 3:6, he is trapped by his academic logic, leaving no room for truth beyond words. This is, I gather, built on something personal between him and the persons of his criticisms, be it direct cause or indirect cause. The persons he "attacks" have probably either offended him or some supporters of his in the past. Whether he realized this or not is besides the point, but it may very well be his original intend of attack. I conclude it this way because he wouldn't do the same to his close friends. On the other hand, Wang Zhiyong is just too emotional, holding too much of his reputation and ego, thus not able to properly respond in kind, quoting here and there in a mess.
I may not follow up with any further postings on the thread. I don't have that kind of time.
(To be Reformed means to be theocentric)。”」(王志勇)
事實上,周必克討論十七世紀改革宗神學家的思想時,就經常使用「基督中心」為描述。他甚至在自己編輯的一本書的書名中,用「以基督為中心」來形容哥德文(Thomas Goodwin)的敬虔,英文書名為「"A Habitual Sight of of Him: The Christ-Centered Piety of Thomas Goodwin"」。
One may say it's how much open minded one is, but this video of Chastain's love for durians:
and watching how so many others couldn't take even the smell of durians, makes me ponder on another fun idea:
Trust.
That this can be used as a test for trust. A measure of how trusting a person is or can be. Not how much we can trust that person.
Of course, this doesn't work on those eating durians growing up.
In trying to understand how repulsive durians are to these people, I could relate the smell to that of garbage. But I've never thought of it that way before. I had "trusted" durian's taste to be GOOD when I was little, a time innocent enough to be very trusting.
Chastain's love for durians could indicate that she's a very trusting person. That's my first impression, unless somewhere else in her brain has a screw loose.
Recalling Alex proudly claimed (on FB) once that he got his grade raised up from a professor by telling the professor whose condescending argument in class towards him was once recorded by a fellow classmate.
Regardless of the justification for a good grade, this is blackmail nonetheless. I would think someone who holds to certain reformed standards like Alex would know to discern this. Much less justifying a stand out of such example.
Here lies a perfect example of difference between knowing and believing.
