Vocab: 挾洋自重 (成语)

Learned a new Chinese idiom from FB. 挾洋自重 Using foreigners to advance oneself. Stephen Chan links this idiom to "崇洋". I believe this idiom is a derogatory description. Those who argue otherwise is simply in denial. My theory is: 挾洋自重的人是因为没人看出他们是挾洋自重,不然一定不会挾洋自重。
