Since there's no easy way to set an "internet time" on Windows Server 2008, this software: Time Service Agent is quite helpful. Which is a GUI way of configuring w32tm.

Thanks to Mary Jo of bit-tech forum, if Windows boots/restarts into Administrator automatically without asking for password, the solution is: In RUN type "control userpasswords2" and tick the box "users must login with password".

Problem Caused by Nero. After uninstallation, reinstall via custom installation to opt out any features pertaining to media/video/graphics/etc., and apply the Update to at least version 7.7.5.1 problem solved.
