Largest star discovered exceeding Eddington Limit?
Space.com has it that R136a1 in Tarantula Nebula is discovered to be the largest star, 265 times mass of the Sun, almost double Eddington limit of 150 masses. Move over VY Canis Majoris? Or perhaps it was another crackpot discovery?
