The importance of one's rank in God's Kingdom is proportional to his fear and submission to God.
I have no problem co-working with those who have different opinions or cause me more works and worries. However, I will definitely not co-work with those who deny or refuse their respective ranks and titles while practicing the tasks of such to show their humility. Only a heart of pursueing God's TRUE Kingdom could change them.
Now that I look back, I couldn't believe I have to elaborate even such thing. Perhaps this is the influence of Ameristian culture, producing childish workers, and I have gotten myself caught in the middle of it.
May God keep me to His path in mercy and truth.
