Dell Latitude D610: "PCI Simple Communications controller"

The driver for this "unknown" device is the Texas Instruments PCI smart card under Chipset section of Dell's support download site for D610.

    I tried so much to connect my computer old 10 gb hard disk to my laptop with sata/usr connector it does not showing anything
