The Phony Church

Yes, it's easy to admit no one is perfect. No church is perfect. All churches have their own problem. But when someone especially from outside criticizes the problem, no church would admit it. Worse, they will try to find faults at those who criticize...remember the Pharisees doing the same thing to Jesus? Only that they cannot find Jesus' fault. But that's not enough, when the time has come for the Messiah to reveal himself as God to them, they consider it blasphemy.

This is because of one simple error: No one can criticize, because no, not one human being is perfect. Only God is perfect. If Jesus is man, then he must not be perfect.

Therefore, even today, we still have problem with the monophysitism vs. dyophysitism, because many still cannot fathom the fact that Jesus was fully man, while they claim with pride, their knowledge of God and Christ.

In other words, had they been in those days, they would be as the Pharisees, finding faults in Christ and being restless against a neighbor's perfection.

The lesson here is this: Though we know that no man is sinless, we are not to assume faults in others without reason, for it could be deadly. Seek the truth first, and then criticize.
