If one does not wish to be saved, God is still able to save one;
If one wish to be saved, God is still not obligated to save one.
1. If one, like Paul, hates Christian doctrine, despises Christians, God is powerful enough to convert one.
2. If one loves all the heavenly benefits and gifts in Christendom, God sees through one's heart and knows if one is a fake. Only God's activation of one's soul allows one to love God. God's love affects first, at an individual level, not only to a group or community of sinners.
