Fear and Trembling - Handel's Messiah Performance

As the hours draw near, I can feel my heart gets warmer and more anxious. There are a few pieces I still need refining, mainly the finale: "Amen", which the more I study this simple yet incredibly challenging ending with a trembling heart, the more I love this movement more than any other.

It will be my first time to perform at Carnegie Hall. 8pm, today, the 18th of December, EST. Oh, how I wish it not be the last time.

Nevertheless, despite such fear and trembling, I know with firm assurance from the Holy Spirit that this is but one of the greatest piece of music God has given us through his servant George Frideric Handel. It is a great honor God has given me this opportunity to sing and praise His Name and victorious Glory!

I offer this unto you, oh Lord my King and Savior.

Amen.
