The Obnoxious Celibates

From time to time, there are those singles, regardless of their ages, usually in churches, deeming themselves to be very good with children, youth or young adults.

I'm not so easily fooled by them as many in churches do today. If a celibate claims to be good with the younglings, I would have to examine their characters as to how responsible they could be if an infant is left at their doorsteps, will they be able to raise that child, or do they prefer to just hang out with the youth, taking kids to movies and ice-creams. They even dare to give themselves the title of "single god-parents", but the truth is, single or not, no matter what, everyone will be tested on how responsible he or she is at raising a new life, not just having a few short moment of fun together.

How one reacts towards other parents, other adults? Does one only care to hang out with the youths, these are all telltale signs of one's characters in one's viewpoint of the responsibility in raising a new life.

I'm my experience, I can only recall one such person. My aunt, Christina. There are others who claim to be good with kids, but they are sorry excuses for needing TO BE NEEDED.
