4. Paparazzis are frowned upon by most celebrities, because these photographers do not care about anyone but the money they make from their videos. It's not just about privacy, the second major problem from this is the flash lights, it's very blinding. There must be a way to make an app or some creative business deals to sell to these rich celebrities as a solution since there's isn't much the law is doing about it. Celebrities have fans, perhaps an app could alert nearby fans to protect/shield their idols: true fans versus nonchalant paparazzis.
Here's one: since MTA loves screwing up their schedules, there could be a private bus service with a network of informants providing cheap alternatives for MTA riders. I know that the government would love to get their obstructive hands on this pile of gold if discovered, but hey, it's still good business for a start.
