Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter failed with error code: 0x803c0103

It appears that this happen to my work computer because its Windows Update is synced with the domain. The solution: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU DoubleClick on UseWUServer and change the value to 0.
