I'm no expert. But the way I see it, the Americans have been cunningly playing the grey area of justice on monetary manipulation with foreign countries with both economic and military powers, that now they have a taste of their own medicine of sugar coated plans as if there are no catches in their own country.
Now many and I personally know at least two, who are receiving unemployment benefits in some scary amount. It would be obvious, that everyone would love to get a hold on this benefit...after all, it's legal. Scary, very scary.
